Fred Reinking

Managing Director

Fred brings to DOME extensive operational experience obtained through a long and varied career with the Victorian Police (traffic control, senior constable, community education, blue light co-founder). Fred has personally overseen the development of DOME into a quality provider of security services to both major events and large shopping centres in Victoria over the past 20 years. Fred’s business model is built on being readily accessible to his key client contacts, to being flexible in meeting the client’s changing needs, and to only carefully select properly trained and professional staff. Building and maintaining good client relationships is a key role for Fred, and he will regularly visit his operational sites to meet with the client to discuss ongoing performance standards.
Fred is a member of the Association of Investigators and Security Professionals, and he holds a Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management. Fred is also the Managing Director of the Dome Group of Companies, which houses 2 other complementary divisions – Dome Contracting and Dome Traffic.

Rebecca May

Operations Manager & Security Manager 1997 – Current

With extensive security and logistics experience, Rebecca specialises in managing both events and shopping centres security, and is a highly valued senior member of the management team. Rebecca has exceptional people management and organisational skills, and easily builds and maintains strong working relationships with all clients. Rebecca has qualifications in crowd control, bodyguard protection, batons & handcuffs, counter terrorism, first aid oxygen therapy and traffic management.

Matthew Smallwood

Risk Management & Dome VIP

Highly experienced security manager (at a regional shopping centre, Eastland), Matthew provides a valuable resource to the DOME Management team in the area of identifying and developing risk profiles for clients. Matthew is also highly regarded as a security team leader who understands the ever increasing client focus on customer service, and the need for security personnel to upskill in this area.

Matthew’s qualifications include a Diploma in Security and Risk Management, security operations & control room, customer contact, business administration, and training & education.

Caroline Johns

Specialist Security Training

Caroline is a registered trainer with ISTA (International Security Training Academy), and is qualified to train security staff in over 20 security and traffic management related courses. Before starting her training career, she worked as a security officer for DOME for eight years at both shopping centres and major events. Caroline provides a regular service to Dome in a wide range of specialist security courses, either addressing identified staff shortfalls, or upskilling staff to facilitate personal development and advancement.

Debra Maher

Finance & Administration

Debra has been with DOME since 2000, and has responsibility for all office functions (includes AP, AR, payroll, banking and administration).

Mike McCoy

Business Development & Strategy

Mike has recently joined DOME Security to identify and secure new clients, and to position DOME Security as a significant player in the Victorian security services industry. Mike’s extensive business experience includes senior retail development positions with both Shell Australia and Shell International and shopping centre management with Australia’s leading companies, including a centre manager role for 12 years, so understands the needs of shopping centre management.

Jacki Mitchell

Marketing Specialist & Customer Service Training

Under the banner of her business marketing company “brandstorm Marketing”, Jacki is contracted by DOME Security to facilitate both basic and advanced customer service training for DOME Security staff. Jacki has extensive experience and knowledge working with a wide range of clients, including large shopping centre owners and managers, which enables her to tailor her training modules to suit the specific requirements of DOME’s client base, following world’s best practice.

Mark Jenkins

Senior Security Manager

Highly experienced working in the security services industry – both in shopping centres (regional and sub-regional) and at major events, Mark is a proven team leader, with outstanding people skills, and who has a great capacity to calmly and methodically diffuse difficult situations.

Mark has qualifications in crowd control, batons & handcuffs, emergency management (Chief Fire Warden), training, OH&S, and traffic management.

ClayReinking

Clay Reinking

Construction, Repairs & Maintenance

Clay is the Director of Dome Contracting, which primarily undertakes commercial landscaping projects, but also does a range of road and paving repairs, building repairs and garden upgrades / maintenance. With the equipment and manpower readily available, Dome Security’s clients will have preferred status if and when urgent repairs need to be carried out.

Peter Bogaarts

Traffic Management

Peter heads up the traffic management division of the Dome Group of Companies, which regularly works alongside Dome Security at major events – both stand alone and at shopping centres. Peter’s team covers all aspects of traffic management, from traffic management plans through to traffic and crowd control. With many of Dome Security’s staff holding traffic management licences, and having regularly worked at major events, Dome can seamlessly provide a multi-purpose service.

Marcos Dorta

Events and Training Manager

Marcos is Dome’s Events and training Manager.  He has over 30 years in the Security Industry with a background in Bodyguard and protection work.  He undertakes all our training and assessment requirements and is a manager at our major events. His experience includes Moto GP, World Superbikes, Shopping Centres, Close Personal Protection Work, Risk Management and Weapons Training.
