DOME Security specialises in Shopping Centre and Event Security and our culture has been founded on teamwork which has been critical in the retention of staff, defying the high staff turnover often experienced within the security industry. Being a proud Australian owned and family operated company has nurtured the DOME culture.

Founded in 1980 by ex-Police officer Fred Reinking. Fred utilised his extensive experience of 25 years as a member of Victoria Police in the formation and successful operation of DOME Security and the DOME Group of Companies that includes Traffic Management and Contracting Divisions.
